Shipping All UK shipping is free of charge !
We ship all items within the UK by Royal Mail Special delivery, meaning your item is insured up to £250 and should arrive the next working day. Whilst we endeavour to ship all items the same day there will occasionally be a 1 or 2 working day delay during busy periods.
Overseas shipping incurs a surcharge of £9.99 per package. All items are sent by Royal Mail international signed for with compensation up to £250.
Returns
We accept returns of all products for up to 14 days after purchase. If the item is faulty we will give a full refund. However if an item is returned and is found to be not faulty we reserve the right to charge a 10% restocking fee.
All SwiMP3 players come with a 1 year guarantee as standard.
If your SwiMP3 player is found to be defective within a year please send it back by Royal Mail Special delivery, with a covering letter and cheque to the sum of £6 for returns postage. Please include your name, address, email, phone number and order ID in the covering letter as this makes the whole process a lot smoother. The returns address is:

Your item will be returned to the manufacturer by us, then returned to yourselves. Please allow up to 30 working days for this to happen (although it is usually much quicker).
